We aim to ship your order within 1-2 working days of receipt, but due to being a 2 person team, it may take longer.
We ship Monday-Friday and do not ship during UK holidays due to post office closure.
For UK customers, our FREE shipping option is Royal Mail 48 - this service comes with no tracking for the consumer, and is only able to provide information once a delivery has been attempted. We do have different shipping options available at an additional cost. Whilst Royal Mail 48 typically takes 2 working days to arrive, we are not liable for delays, and Royal Mail do not allow for claims of lost mail until 10 working days have passed, so we are unable to look into replacement until this requirement has been reached.
We currently do not ship to the EU through our website due to IOSS charges, but you can still shop all things Lucky Cat at our Etsy, without worrying about unexpected fees.
For other international destinations, our standard shipping is Royal Mail International Standard, which comes UNTRACKED. It typically takes 15-20 working days, but Royal Mail allow for up to 25 working days for an order to be considered lost, so we will be unable to issue replacements until this time has passed.We do have TRACKED international postage options available, but these do come at an additional cost.
